By downloading and double clicking on a small file, our Technical Support Staff can access your Computer remotely and quickly resolve issues and in many cases, without physically coming to your location.<\/p>\r\n<p>As a customer, you will receive support quickly and avoid higher service fees normally associated with on-site support.<\/p>\r\n<p>Remote Assistance gives us temporary access your computer.
